If you want to change how often a prepaid subscriber is billed or shipped—or if your customers need to move, skip, or reschedule upcoming deliveries—use Editing prepaid subscriptions.
This setting lets you update the Payment schedule(cadence for the next prepaid cycle) and fine-tune the Fulfillment schedule (dates for the already-paid deliveries in the current cycle). It’s also what you’ll use to switch a plan from prepaid to pay-per-delivery when a customer asks for more flexibility.
Editing prepaid subscription
To edit a prepaid subscription, go to Customer subscriptions and click the required subscription. On the Subscription page, click the Edit button near Payment schedule to change the subscription frequency.
Please note that if you set up the Charge every configuration to ‘1 delivery’ as in the screenshot below, the subscription type will be changed automatically to Pay-per-delivery.
For prepaid subscriptions, the additional block Fulfillment schedule is displayed on a subscription page. This allows you to view the status of deliveries in a prepaid cycle and to edit delivery dates.
