How my customers can update their payment method?

ReccurinGO! does not send payment method update emails to merchant's customers. These emails can only be sent by Shopify.

Customers can only make this request when they receive emails about their successful payment, subscription renewal, or similar notifications.

If the email was sent via Shopify but the customer did not receive it, this issue should be raised directly with Shopify Support.

Note: Merchants using new customer accounts cannot use RecurrinGO's portal for managing their customer subscriptions. That portal is valid for merchants/stores using legacy accounts, and currently, the majority of stores are using new customer accounts.
