The Customer Portal Labels section allows you to customize the wording your customers see inside the subscription portal.
To access these settings navigate to RecurrinGO → Settings → Customer portal labels
What you can do here
You’ll see different groups of labels that you can edit. Each one corresponds to a button, section, or action in the customer portal.
Example use cases:
A coffee subscription store might rename:
“Skip next order” → “Skip next delivery.”
“Manage subscriptions” → “Manage my coffee plan.”
A beauty box store might rename:
“Build-a-box” → “Choose your products.”
