Connect Klaviyo to RecurrinGO to use your subscription data for targeted emails/SMS and flows inside your existing Klaviyo account.
Prerequisites:
A Klaviyo account with permission to create/view API Keys.
You’re logged into Shopify as a staff member who can configure apps.
Access Klaviyo integration by navigating to:
RecurrinGO → Settings → App integrations → Klaviyo
What you can do here:
Enable/disable the Klaviyo integration with a single checkbox.
Connect your Klaviyo account by pasting a Private API Key.
Start using subscription events and properties in Klaviyo segments, flows, and campaigns (e.g., new subscriber welcome, upcoming renewal reminders, failed payment follow-ups).*
Exact event names/attributes depend on your store’s setup; once connected, you’ll see RecurrinGO data arriving in Klaviyo and can use it in segments/flows.
Step-by-step: Connect Klaviyo
Open the integration page
Go to RecurrinGO → Settings → App integrations → Klaviyo.Enable the toggle
Check Enable Klaviyo integration.
Get your Klaviyo Private API Key
In a new tab, open Klaviyo → Account → Settings → API Keys.
Click Create Private API Key (or copy an existing one you use for server-side integrations).
Keep this key secure; treat it like a password.
The screen also mentions your Public API Key (Site ID). For this integration you only need to paste the Private API Key into RecurrinGO.
Paste & save
Paste the Private API Key into the field in RecurrinGO. Save/confirm.Verify data is flowing
Place a test subscription on your store or update an existing one.
In Klaviyo, check Analytics → Metrics or search your Recent Data to confirm new subscription events/properties are appearing.
Manage or disconnect
To pause the sync, uncheck Enable Klaviyo integration and save.
You can rotate keys anytime in Klaviyo (create a new Private API Key, paste it here, then delete the old one).
