🚀 New features
👉 A redesigned Subscriptions page
The Subscriptions page has been rebuilt so you can find any subscription faster and act on several at once.
What's new:
Search by subscription ID, customer or product.
Status tabs: All, Active, Paused, Cancelled and Failed.
Sorting by Subscription ID, Customer, Create date, Next order date or Status.
Bulk actions: select subscriptions and pause, resume or cancel them in one go. You can also send customers the matching notification.
What to know:
Bulk pause applies only to active and failed subscriptions. Bulk resume applies only to paused ones. Everything else in your selection is left as it is.
A bulk action keeps running if you close the page. You'll see how many subscriptions were updated when it finishes.
Export is still in the page header. The file is emailed to you once it's ready.
👉 A redesigned subscription page
Each subscription now opens in a cleaner layout. The items and the payment schedule are on the left. The customer's Contact details, addresses, Payment method and Order note are in a sidebar on the right. You can copy the customer's email or edit their contact information without leaving the page.
👉 Order notes on subscriptions
You can now add a note to a subscription, for example delivery instructions or a reminder for your team.
How to set it up:
Open a subscription.
In the Order note card in the sidebar, click Add an order note.
Type your note and save.
What to know:
The note is added to the subscription's future orders. For invoice subscriptions, it's added to future invoices.
Saving a note doesn't create or change any order.
Customers don't see the note in the customer portal.
👉 Undo a cancellation
Cancelled a subscription by mistake? Click Undo in the confirmation message within 60 seconds and it's restored as if nothing happened.
What to know:
Cancellation emails and customer tags are sent only once the 60 seconds are over, so an undone cancellation never reaches your customer or your Klaviyo flows.
Undo works for cancellations made from the subscription page. Bulk cancellations take effect immediately.
After 60 seconds the cancellation is final. A cancelled subscription can't be paused, resumed or reactivated.
